Mark Mills Library Clerk / 928-368-6688×0
Mark is a 4th generation Arizonan and grew up in Gilbert. In 2021, my Wife and I moved up here from the valley and we LOVE it up here! If you have come to the library of late, you would have seen a display of Pins, Mark is the guy that collects them. He enjoys his time with family and friends. His interests are sports, a good movie, and listening to music. Mark is grateful to have landed this job and have the opportunity to serve the community of Pinetop-Lakeside.
I have spent the last 18 years summering in White Mountains. It has been a dream of mine to live here full time. My husband and I have two amazing children who we are extremely proud of. We truly take full advantage of the White Mountain’s beauty. We spend our time fishing hiking and snowboarding/skiing. I feel very blessed to be apart of Pinetop-Lakeside community.

Tammie Byers | Children’s Program | 928.368.6688 X232
My name is Tammera Byers, also know as Miss Tammie at the library. I grew up in Sitka, Alaska on a sailboat called Skybird. I love Alaska, Washington, anything about the ocean, quilting, stamping/card making and of course books. I have 5 children, 4 of them are grown and have left the nest, my youngest is 16 and is still at home. We have lived here in Lakeside for 12 years now and absolutely love it, it’s the next best place to live besides Alaska. I have always wanted to work at the library and have worked with children most of my life, the 2 have come together into the best job ever. I’m looking forward to many fun years at the PL library.
